Day 1 of Week 1

Deposit

Once the details of the quote are finalized, follow instructions and submit payment for the required 50% non-refundable deposit. We suggest making your deposit as soon as you can, in order to secure our time and help you avoid rush production fees.

Week 1 — 2

Forms

Forms you need to complete with draft copy and design selections will be sent out for all the items you’ve ordered.

Week 2 — 3

Proofs

Drafts of all forms are due in order for us to begin the proofs phase. Three sets of proofs and two opportunities for revisions between are included in your order. Give us 1 to 3 business days to create each set of proofs. Once your third and final proofs arrive in your inbox, give final approval on them as well as any applicable forms (i.e. shipping info, guest names and addresses, etc.). We can officially move to production once all approvals are finalized. See “Proofs” details below for more info.

Week 4 — 6

Production

Standard production can take up to three weeks. Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you with instructions on last steps and final payment before your package ships out. See “Production” details below for rush production services.

Week 6, Plus 3 Days

Shipping

Domestic shipping within the U.S. can take up to 3 business days. See “Shipping” details below for international orders and more info.

6 — 8 Weeks

Total

It can take about 6 — 8 weeks to complete an order, from deposit to delivery. Timing is based on your pace and how quickly you can respond to emails, complete tasks assigned to you, and gather information needed to move through the process.
