This step by step guide will help you understand how we will work together from start to finish to produce your wedding stationery. We'll be in constant communication to help you throughout the entire process, so don't act surprised if we end up being best friends.

Place an Order

Finalize quantities, designs, and customization options.
Submit completed design and content forms.
Review the invoice and all details regarding your order.
Pay the required 50% non-refundable deposit.

Proofs and Revisions

Receive, review, and provide feedback on your digital proofs.
(Digital proofs can take up to 3 days to prepare)
Give final approval on digital proofs to move on to production.

Printing and Production

Sit pretty and wait patiently for printing and production.
(This typically takes up to 3 weeks to complete)

Shipment and Delivery

Pay the remaining 50% balance of your invoice.
Schedule hand delivery for clients within the New York City area.

Before you order

Samples

Touching, feeling, and seeing in person is definitely the best way to experience our wedding stationery (and other things as well—wink!). For any questions and concerns with paper weights, color variations, and print quality, we highly suggest purchasing one of our sample packs. All sample pack purchases will be credited back in full towards any orders you place for products from our wedding collections.

Quantities

When ordering save the dates and invitations, your quantities should be based on households, not by individual headcount. We also suggest adding a few extras in the case of last minute invitees, addressing errors, and other unforeseen mistakes, as well as however many extras you want for keepsakes for yourself and other loved ones.

Order Stages

Because planning a wedding and sending out the appropriate communications leading up to such an event often happens in stages, we highly suggest on planning your orders with the same cadence. Three separate stages of orders typically does the trick! Each stage is independently invoiced, ordered, purchased, completed, and shipped out. Please see the stages listed to the right, broken down by the product categories that should be ordered in each respective stage.

Please take time to finalize all you product needs, make final customization decisions, and prepare all written content prior to placing an order. Your complete knowledge of all these aspects will allow us to move efficiently through this stage in the process. A non-refundable 50% deposit and final submissions of your completed forms are required before moving on to the design stage. Incomplete forms will result in delays.

Once you receive your initial design proof, two rounds of revisions follow and are included in your order. View our policies on additional revisions on our Policies page. Each round of revision includes a digital proof, which can take up to three business days to prepare, so please consider that in your wedding planning timeline. Approval of your final digital proof is required before moving on to the production stage.

Our design team will need up to three weeks for the production stage to order supplies, execute designs, and print your stationery. In some cases, the full three weeks may not be needed, but faster production times can be requested for an additional fee. See our Policies page for more information. The full payment of the remainder of your invoice is required before we can package and ship your order.

 

Shipping

All domestic and international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Extra security preferences (such as tracking, signature confirmation, additional insurance, etc.) can be added for additional fees that are calculated by the United States Postal Service, and are dependent on final package weights and monetary worth of the contents.
